Next Step was founded by Gail Zona, an experienced business coach and MBA, with over 20 years of experience as an executive in fast-growing, high-tech startups. Working side by side with the best and brightest executives in the world from marketing, sales, operations and finance, Gail learned how to grow a successful company quickly and profitably. She has taken those 20 years worth of knowledge and experience, and distilled them down into bite-sized chunks for micro-entrepreneurs to use in their businesses day to day. Next Step Business Corporation is the result. | Now in its 6th year and going strong, Gail is expanding Next Step's group coaching offerings and working on developing on-line tools to help micro-entreprenuers run their businesses more effectively.
Gail believes in doing what you love and following your dreams. Putting her money where her mouth is, she founded a jewelry design company in the fall of 2008, called gdesign. While it provides her a creative outlet for her favorite hobby, she also uses it as a living lab for Next Step, where she shares the numbers, plans, and all the trials and tribulations with Next Step coaching participants.
